The International Ice Cream Consortium (IICC) celebrated its annual IICC Conference in Thessaloniki from 13th to 18th October 2025.
Best Ice Cream 2025, Most Innovative Ice Cream 2025, Best Commercial Solution 2025, Best Technical Solution 2025, Best Vanilla Ice Cream 2025 and Ice Cream Maker of the Year 2025 were elected by a panel of judges including CEOs, Marketing, Commercial, Export, Industrial, R&D, Quality and Supply Chain Directors representing leading ice cream manufacturers from around the world.
