The International Ice Cream Consortium (IICC) is fully committed to complying with all applicable antitrust and competition laws, including those of the European Union, the United States, and any other jurisdictions in which its members operate.
 

• As a consortium of independent ice cream manufacturers, the IICC serves as a platform for collaboration strictly limited to non-competitive areas such as innovation, technology, sustainability, and best practice sharing.
• The IICC explicitly prohibits any discussion, exchange, coordination, recommendations, suggestions, or implied agreements among members concerning competitively sensitive topics that could distort competition.
• All meetings and communications are conducted under strict compliance protocols to ensure lawful, transparent, and ethical conduct at all times.
• Each member company remains independently responsible for its own competitive decisions and for full compliance with national and international competition laws.
